Do you ship Internationally?

I'm currently only shipping to specific countries. Australia, Canada, Europe. I will adjust accordingly based on shipping regulations and demand.

As of Aug 26th, Swiss Post is not accepting shipments to the USA. On their website, they state that it is due to the US government’s new customs regulations, which affect all postal companies worldwide. This is a temporary order, I will be checking daily to see when orders can resume to the USA.

I am not responsible for any custom fees or brokerage fee that maybe charged to the customer.

Packaging

All orders (except A3 sizes) are packaged in a cardboard paper envelope with a cardboard backing board to reduce bending. Each print (except A3 sizes) is sealed in a water resistent plastic sleeve to prevent damage to the artwork.

A3 sizes are shipped in a shipping tube. Be very careful when removing the print from the tube as they are packed tightly. If the paper curls, place heavy books on top of the print overnight.

Important! Canadian customers, I've recently experienced damages to A3 packages. Canada doesn't accept paper tubes and shipping large format envelopes have resulted in damages. Canada Post given me the additional step of placing the paper tubes into a plastic bag, which is an additional packaging cost. I try to keep my packaging as eco friendly as possible, but due to this issue, I have no choice but to listen to Canada Post.

How long does it take to ship?

I'm based in Switzerland. I'm also one person packaging and shipping orders on demand. I'll need approximately 1-2 weeks to ship. My usual time estimates are

Switzerland : 1-14 days
Europe: 2-3 weeks
World: 2-6 weeks

Tracking Numbers

I'm currently not offering tracking numbers on prints. Best practices suggest that packages get lost with an without tracking numbers. There's no point in charging you more for shipping when lost packages still happen.

Cancellations / Return / Exchange

I am not currently accepting cancellations, returns or exchanges. I will not be held responsible for any damaged that may occur during shipping. However, feel free to reach out to see if the situation can be corrected.
