Alicia is a Toronto-born artist currently based in Zürich.

Her practice is rooted in a lifelong pursuit of image-making, shaped by early intuition and later formal training at The Ontario College of Art and Design. She spent over 15 years working as an Art Director in creative advertising, crafting meticulously composed visuals across commercial film—where taste and attention to detail is essential.

This foundation informs her current work, while her focus has shifted toward creative autonomy and a more personal visual lens.

Alicia approaches her practice with both discipline and candour, driven by a deep commitment to the act of making. At its core, her work is an exploration of her everyday life abroad, her love of animals and film.
